My rate structure makes it easy for my customers to see what they will pay and allow them to enjoy longer events without incurring excessive costs. Corporate rates are fixed so that your company can see clearly how much they need to pay for my services. 

I generally work in and around the M25 area. However, I understand that there are some venues much further away that local customers choose to use for their events. I have no problem travelling fairly long distances in the South East to play at your event but if the venue is 40 or more miles away I would need to cover fuel costs to make it cost-effective. This would therefore add £60.00 to the overall cost of these jobs as illustrated in the examples below.

Venue within 40 Miles of Coulsdon Private Hire: e.g Weddings, Birthdays

(No charge for travel expenses if venue is within 40 miles of Coulsdon.)

Disco Price:

£180 for up to three hours. Example 7-10pm

£200 between three and four hours. Example: 8 - midnight

£220 between four and five hours.  Example: 7pm- midnight

£270 maximum payment for more than five hours up to seven hours* 

So with your evening disco price capped at a maximum of £270 you know exactly what you will pay. This gives you peace of mind if you wish to extend your party on the night. 

*In the event that you need me for longer than this there would be additional charges of £50 per hour/part hour.

Venue 40+ Miles from Coulsdon Private Hire: e.g Weddings, Birthdays

(£60 additional charge if venue is 40+ miles from Coulsdon.)

Disco Price:

£180 for up to three hours+ £60 = £240

£200 for up to four hours + £60 = £260

£220 between four hours and five hours + £60 = £280

£270 maximum payment for more than five hours up to seven hours* + £60 = £330 IN TOTAL

*In the event that you need me for longer than this there would be additional charges of £50 per hour/part hour.

Flat rate of £300 for Corporate Bookings (add £60 if 50+ miles from Coulsdon.)
